Gaming for Hope, Inc was founded by 9 year-old Kevin. Kevin was diagnosed with a spinal cord tumor and scoliosis in 2019. After six years of chemotherapy treatments and multiple surgeries, Kevin underwent rod surgery to address his scoliosis, and had a full tumor resection in 2025.
During his treatments, Kevin realized how much joy and distraction a good game can bring on hard days. He decided to turn his passion into purpose — creating Gaming for Hope, Inc., a nonprofit that builds and donates custom gaming computers to kids undergoing cancer treatment. Every system is built with care, hope, and the belief that a little play can make a big difference.

About Gaming for Hope Inc
Our Mission
At Gaming for Hope, Inc. our mission is to bring joy, comfort, and connection to children undergoing cancer treatment by building and donating custom gaming PCs. Through every computer we assemble and every smile we spark, we aim to remind kids that they are seen, supported, and never alone.
Our Vision
We envision a world where every child facing medical challenges can experience moments of escape, laughter, and hope — powered by the kindness of others and the joy of play. One game, one gift, and one child at a time, we’re building more than computers — we’re building a community of hope. 🎮💙
